Shipment for Tiruvannamalai handicrafts
All International shipments are done by DHL.
India Shipments are done by India Speed Post.
All shipments are safely and promptly delivered.
All International deliveries are estimated to be delivered within 5 – 7 business / working days from the time of shipment.
Due to restrictions worldwide, delivery time may be extended slightly due to delays in International customs clearance.
Delivery within India is estimated to arrive within 3 to 7 working days from the time of shipment. This service is not available on Sundays and other government holidays.
Orders placed before 10.00 am (India Time) will be processed the same day and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 10.00 am(India time) will be processed the following day and shipped the next day.
Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday and shipped the next day.
Order placed on Indian government holidays will be processed on the first working day and shipped the next day.
Some orders may require an additional 24 to 48 hours to be validated and processed, which may delay delivery. Some locations in Alaska & other remote places will also require additional transit time.
The Customer is notified about their shipment by email when the package is collected by the carrier. The tracking number is also provided in the email. The customer can use the waybill/ tracking number to track the shipment by clicking on the tracking link sent by us or by visiting DHL website.
The receipt (in PDF format) of your order on Tiruvannamalaihandicrafts.com will be sent electronically to your email address. If you are unable to find your receipt in your email inbox, kindly check your spam folder for the same. You will also receive a paper version of your receipt along with the packaged product on delivery.
Custom duties for International shipments will be collected from the buyer by the carrier when the shipment arrives to you. The carrier will hand over the shipment to you only on receiving the custom duties from you.
All deliveries will require an adult signature.
If nobody is available to sign and receive the package at your specified address, the courier will attempt to deliver the package the following business day. In cases, where there is continuous unavailability of anyone to receive or sign for the package, after many consecutive delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Tiruvannamalai Handicrafts and the order will be cancelled and there will be no refunds in such cases.
The customer cannot refuse to accept delivery of the ordered item for any reason whatsoever.If the customer refuses to accept deliver then the item will be returned to Tiruvannamalai Handicrafts and the order will be considered to be completed and there can be no refunds on this term.
Tiruvannamalai Handicrafts does not deliver orders to business addresses, P.O. boxes or hotel rooms. Shipment of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered.
Usually all our shipments and delivery are prompt but however in very few unavoidable cases due to Covid-19 or the Russia – Ukraine tensions, there may be slight delay at the customs for International deliveries. Kindly contact us if there is any delay. We are here to help you in getting your products safely to you.

Due to unexpected circumstances arising out of any sudden or unexpected hostile conditions in any country due to conflicts / war / terrorism, Tiruvannamalai Handicrafts cannot be held responsible for inability to ship to that country and in that case refund will be made to the customer.
If, upon delivery, the external packaging is not in perfect condition, the customer is requested to open the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the Product. Impact on delivery
Customers need to understand the way we may have to change the way and timings of our deliveries. We try our best to deliver your ordered products on right time. Sometimes we may experience potential delays in shipping and handling due to customs clearance due to the pandemic or shortages of flights caused by Russia – Ukraine war. If there is a delay in shipping / transit / delivery due to Covid-19 / Russia – Ukraine war restrictions or curfews in your area, we kindly request you to understand the situation and help us. We will make sure that every delivery is followed through 24×7 and we will make sure that your products reach you safe.
If delivery of order is delayed in shipping due to unexpected delays due to custom clearance or due to sudden and unexpected decision by the Government of lockdowns or curfews in the buyers ‘country or in the sellers country , the shipment will be stored and delivered safely once the lockdown is unlocked.
