RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Our Refund & Replacement policy

Once the products are ordered, processed and payment is completed from our website, the order is considered complete. No changes or exchanges can be made after that. Orders cannot be cancelled at anytime for any reason.

Unfortunately, replacements or refunds are not available for one–of-a-kind-customized handicraft work. Our products are handmade using natural materials and hence there is bound to be mild variances in each piece without affecting the quality. This is the natural way of producing art and handicrafts.

Tiruvannamalai Handicrafts has a very efficient quality control mechanism while checking and approving our products in all departments of production and packaging. Every single product is minutely and meticulously checked before being shipped to the customer. Hence, it is very unlikely that there can be any defects in our design, color, quality or artistic work.

CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS IN THE FOLLOWING SCENARIO – 

  1. Invalid delivery address.
  2.  After failing three consecutive delivery attempts by the courier partner.
  3.   Order refused by the customer at the time of receipt.
  4. If delivery of order is delayed in shipping due to sudden and unexpected announcement and decision by the Goverment of lockdowns and curfews in the buyers ‘country  or in the sellers country , the shipment will be reserved, stored and delivered safely once the lockdown is unlocked. No cancellation or refund is available in this extraordinary situation.

  5.  Refund or replacement claims stating small variance in weight,height, color,design and quality will not be encouraged. Like stated above,we would like to reiterate that replacements or refunds are not available for one–of-a-kind-customized handicraft work. Our products are handmade using natural materials and hence there is bound to be mild variances in each piece without affecting the quality. This is the natural way of producing art and handicrafts.

However Replacement of the product or Refund is accepted in genuine cases as mentioned below –

  1. If the product is damaged or lost during shipment. In this case the same product will be replaced with another identical product in the same category will be shipped to you free of cost, subject to availability of the identical product.If in case the identical product is unavailable, the entire money paid towards the product including the shipping fee will be refunded.
  2. After your order is accepted and if we are unable to ship to any country due to unavoidable circumstances arising due to unexpected to war / conflict / covid-19 etc, then the full payment made to us will be refunded to you.
  3. Request for refund or replacement of any damaged product must be made within 24 hours of receiving delivery at your given address. After any time later than this time period, you are subject to lose your right to any claim over the same.Request for replacements and refunds can be made  by filling the form below.
