All shipments are done in speed post by Indian Post service.
All shipments are safely and promptly delivered by Indian Post in India and worldwide.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, Delivery is estimated to arrive within 8 -14 business/working days from the time that the customer receives a shipping confirmation email. This service is not available on Sundays and other government holidays.
Orders placed before 10.00 am (Indian Time) will be processed the same day and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 10.00 am(Indian time) will be processed the following day and shipped the next day.
Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed the following day and shipped on Monday.
Order placed on Indian government holidays will be processed and shipped on the first working day.
Some orders may require an additional 24 to 48 hours to be validated and processed, which may delay delivery. Some locations in Alaska & other remote places will also require additional transit time.
The Customer is notified about their shipment by email when the package is collected by the carrier. The tracking number is also provided in the email. The Customer can use the tracking number to track the shipment by clicking on the tracking number link or by visiting India postal website.
The receipt (in PDF format) of your order on Tiruvannamalaihandicrafts.com will be sent electronically to your email address. You will also receive a paper version of your receipt along with the packaged product on delivery.
All deliveries will require an adult signature.
If nobody is available to sign and receive the package at your specified address, the courier will attempt to deliver the package the following business day. In cases, where there is continuous unavailability of anyone to receive or sign for the package, after many consecutive delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Tiruvannamalai Handicrafts and the Order will be cancelled and there will be no refunds in such cases.
The customer cannot refuse to accept delivery of the ordered item for any reason whatsoever.If the customer refuses to accept deliver then the item will be returned to Tiruvannamalai Handicrafts and the order will be considered to be completed and there can be no refunds on this term.
Tiruvannamalai Handicrafts does not deliver orders to business addresses, P.O. boxes or hotel rooms. Shipment of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered.
Usually all our shipments and delivery are prompt,however in very few unavoidable cases due to Covid-19,there may be slight delay at the customs for International deliveries.Kindly contact us if there is any delay.

Due to unexpected circumstances arising out of any sudden or unexpected hostile conditions in any country due to conflicts / war / terrorism, Tiruvannamalai Handicrafts cannot be held responsible for inablilty to ship to that country and in that case refund will be made to the customer.
